U14 leaving to Lithuania to join Ateitis Cup

Gabala U14 are leaving to Lithuania tonight to join the Ateitis Cup in capital Vilnus. The tournament teams are in two groups each with five sides. Gabala are sitting in the Group B to meet Minsk FK (Belarus), Legion (Estonia), Jalgiris (Lithuania), Riga FK (Latvia). The other group includes Baltay, BATE, SDJUSSHOR Dinamo (both from Belarus), RFSH Riga (Latvia) and and famouse Italian side Torino.

Gabala, coached by Rakif Aliyev, are going to face the Latvian and Estonian teams on Saturday, just a day before two more ties. The matches will go for two halves, each with 25 minutes and end after final games on Sunday. Khojaly Genoside victims will be remembered with a minute's silence before Gabala's last match kick-off as it is agreed with the tournament organizers.
