Gabala are going to come on the last trial match in the Antalya training camp against Shkendija (Macedonia). Just to remember, it is going to be the fifth testing game within the camp after 1:1 with Akhisar Baladiyyaspor (Turkey), 0:1 against Zurich (Switzerland), 2:1 against Rabotnicki (Macedonia), 3:3 against Arsenal (Tula, Russia) and 1:3 against Bohemians (Czech).

Founded in 1979 by Albanian people living in Tetovo, the team played in lower leagues during the Yugoslavia period. After the Macedonia gained its freedom, they could develop even into the Europa League where they hit their highest stage reaching up to the play-off for the last two seasons. Shkendija won the 2010-2011 season’s domestic league and bronze in the next term. The Macedonian side ended as the runners-up of the further two seasons (2015-2016, 2016-2017). Shkendija took the 2015-2016 season cup and Supercup in 2011.

It’s going to be the second tie with this side after the last winter camp’s testing match ended in 2:1 on January 24. The Filip Ozobic scored in the 38th minute before Araz Abdullayev doubled Gabala’s lead on 77 minutes. The opponent side were able to shot in only one in the 89th minute with Yuri Cholak.
