Gabala judo team strike the first place at a domestic club competition of fighters born in 2000 and 2001, held at the Hovsan Olympic Complex. Performing in the 8 weight categories, the red-black side earned 3 golds, one silver and 2 bronzes.

Bandaly Bandaliyev (30 kg), Faris Igidov (42 kgq) and Tunar Hamzayev (66 kg+) hit their golds as Orkhan Yagubov, 55 kg, got his silver. Hajykhəlil Mammadov (46 kg) and Ilgar Habilov (46 kg) earned the bronzes. Getting an eye with his talent, Farid Igidov is considered to be of promising judo fighters.
