Gabala coach Roman Grigorchuk talks for post-match reaction after the 0:2 loss to Shkendija in the 5th trial match within the Antalya training camp in Turkey. The Ukrainian boss says:

“It’s the only experience that has gone not the way I expected to be during the full period of the Antalya training camp. My team made me not satisfied by their attitude on the game. I got even surprised. But it’s a good practice anyway where we saw kind of result after when you approach to match on a wrong way. I always say the squad to avoid such cases and be fully focused on a better result. We have not to grumble about aggressive display of an opponent side as they were just playing and struggling. Maybe they were looking combative but they were just all for the better result. You can’t blame a side on passion for game. This team is a good example for the right attitude to football.

It’s difficult to predict now how this conclusion of the camp will affect the team. But I’m sure this match will drive benefits for us anyway. We had a good preparation in this training camp and I hope today’s game is exception and misunderstanding on the progress into the second half of the season”.
