Half season statistics: 14 matches, 28 goals and 22 footballers

Half Season Statistics:

- Gabala are going into the second half of the Azerbaijan Premier League as the second side on the table just like the last season;

- Gabala are having ten victories in their all fourteen appearances following one draw and three losses;

- We are having 31 points, like the last season, after 114 days since the league got underway on August 12;

- Gabala hit the title of top scoring side of the half season as the second term experience with 28 goals.

- QWe also conceded fourteen goals in all the fourteen tours as the third side.

- Gabala earned sixteen points from seven home matches;

- Roman Grigorchuk’s men took five home victories following one draw and one loss through eleven goals and conceding five.

- Gabala gained more away points than any other league sides with fifteen points from seven games, including five wins and two losses. We scored also more goals, nineteen, in outing experiences than all. Our team conceded nine.

- Gabala are one of the two top sides scoring in most matches, thirteen, in the fourteen events of the season. We were unable to score only in the match against Kapaz where we lost by 2:0.

- There were eight types of results by Gabala: 2:1 (four games), 1:0 (three games), 3:1 (two games), 1:1, 2:0, 3:0, 3:2, 6:1 (all with one game). 

- Gabala took two high-scoring results including the highest one with 6:1 on Kapaz.

- Gabala earned one resilient victory beating Neftchi after changing the course of the game. 

- Gabala players scored five double goals by Bagaliy Dabo (with three), Filip Ozobic  and Famussa Kone (both with two in one game).

- Bagaliy Dabo is keeping up his scoring streak of the last four tours as the top title of the season. He scored six in the four appearances.

- Gabala introduced two captains: Javid Huseynov (with nine experiences) and Urfan Abbasov (with five events).

- There were five referees for the fourteen matches: Omar Pashayev (with 4 matches), Fariz Yusifov and Rauf Jabbarov (both with 3 matches), Aliyar Aghayev and Ingilab Mammadov (both with two games).

- Gabala played better in first half scoring fifteen and conceding three while shooting thirteen goals, two more than conceded goals.

- Gabala played all home matches at the Gabala City Stadium and supported by 9,675 viewers. The most supported home match was against Qarabagh with 3,000 viewers and the least number of viewers was 175 in the match against Kapaz.

NOTICE: Inter changed their name to Keshla during the season.

- 22 footballers played for Gabala over the two rounds of the season half. Dmytro Bezotosniy and Bagaliy Dabo appeared in all ties. Bezotosniy held on over full time of the all fourteen matches.

- Thirteen of all 22 players came on at least eight matches.

- Bagaliy Dabo is Gabala’s top scorer of the season half with nine goals and going to the winter break with the title for his second experience in a row. Last term, he shared the title with teammate Filip Ozobic.

- Gabala’s nine footballers were able to score and Dabo is followed by Famussa Kone (with 5), Steeven Monroze 4, Filip Ozobic (with 3), Ruslan Gurbanov and Asif Mammadov (both with 2), Javid Huseynov, Elvin Mammadov and Tellur Mutallimov.

- Gabala were charged by two penalties and Bezotosniy allowed both.

- Gabala shot three penalties by Javid Huseynov, Filip Ozobic and Ruslan Gurbanov.

- Gabala footballers picked up 30 booking cards including 28 yellow and two red. Both red cards showed right at first foul.
 
- Javid Huseynov and Steeven Monroze were forced off the pitch.

- The other 28 crads were picked up to sixteen footballers and Elvin Mammadov, Andy Halliday and Urfan Abbasov saw more cards than any other Gabala players with three cards to each.

- Dmytro Bezotosniy conceded 10 goals from his all fourteen appearances and held on clear in four games. The Ukrainian keeper kept the goal unbeaten for the 5th and 6th tours.
