It’s gonna be double joy tomorrow, Abbasov says

Gabala are preparing against Sabail for the fifth tour match of the Azerbaijan Premier League in Baku. Red-black defender Urfan Abbasov shares his impression about the training proceedings, as well as the opponent side and the game itself. He says:

“We are seriously preparing against Sabail with tough tasks like always. The team is keeping gung-ho spirits. Although the rival side have been built up newly, they are rally a good squad. I watched their performance both in the league and trial matches and saw them like a fighting and promising team. Sure they will be all for taking the game against us. And we also will come on the pitch for three points and I’m convinced that we will win the away match.

Today, our team are in the adaptation progress. We still need time to be in a full form and display a better show, but I can play against them anyway”.

Abbasov had come on his 161st game for Gabala in the fourth tour of the league against Zira repeating the record by Dodo. The back line player’s all experiences include 130 league, eighteen domestic cup and thirteen Europa League games. He scored three goals ever for the club since his time with the team started from 2012. Now he’s going to break the record tomorrow. He feels happy about this saying:

“This is really gratifying me and I feel responsible with this title. I make you sure, after breaking the record tomorrow, to keep it going into more successful events. It’s gonna be double joy tomorrow to break the record and if win the game against Sabail”.
