Azerbaijan is celebrating the 26th anniversary of the State Independence”s Day of October 18. It is great pleasure to remember the day of 1991 when the Azerbaijan Supreme Council approved the constitutional statement of the independence that reset the country free from the Soviet Union after 69 years.
