Reserve coach Daryl Willard ahead of his jubilee match

This week, some league teams of Azerbaijan are going to be tested in the tougher second round of final starting with the 28th tour. Their reserve representatives are in the action, too, just like Gabala's second team. Our substitutes having big care of the club, although they mostly stay out of the pith. Now the Gabala reserves are ahead of the Friday tie with Neftchi.

The team at least keep their place among champs and even surely earn the bronze medal regardless to the last five tour results. But they expect to reduce 5-point deficit from Neftchi. The chance of beating the league leaders means the reserves could save their tally for the second tire as the first leg victory of the five matches coming up. It could give us domination in the reserves competition.

Defeating to Neftchi away 1:3, Gabala put the opponents into pretty retribution with 4 points from 2:2 and 1:0 events at home. But we are having a strong spirit to put a break on Neftchi's unbeaten streak of home shows. That is jubilee sixtieth performance by Daryl Willard where reserves are going to play for a great gift to their English coach, training them since the last season start. The Willard Gabala earned 33 wins together with 14 draws and 12 losses in all past matches. During this period, Willard's men scored 107 goals with 57 deficits. They also made some records:

- It is Gabala keeping their net firmest with minimum goals .
- It is Gabala – one of two teams in away earning 30 points most.
- It is Gabala – one of two teams in away earning 8 wins most.
- It is Gabala – one of three teams in away having minimal 3 losses.
- It is Gabala – one of two teams in away accepting minimal 13 goals.

Gabala's redords also come out of the 2008/09 season competitions organized by PFL:

- Daryl Willard is one of three coaches in Azerbaijan who are still on their posts for two seasons on the trot, the others are Mehman Hajiyev (Kapaz) and Gahraman Aliyev (Baku).

- Gabala are of nine clubs continuously playing in the last four reserve competitions.

- Gabala are of three teams reaching into champs row at reserve contests. Our substitutes gained bronzes from the last two of them. Garabagh are having gold and silver as Baku possess gold and bronze.

- Gabala are going to earn their title of the first team being among champs for three as it is evidently coming up after our team got a foothold in the champs row.

- Gabala are the first team going to gain their third season reward on the trot.

Gabala's reward merit is a superb evidence of good results that our reserves ground out:

- Gabala possess 63 wins from the last four seasons being only behind Neftchi, the opponents that we are going come up again tomorrow. Gabala substitutes just need three points to clear the one-win difference.

- There are also 20 draws and 34 losses in all 117 games.

- Gabala scored 197 goals in reserves tournaments, so we are just three balls off the jubilee ahead of the Friday match against Neftchi.

- Gabala are the team accepting minimal 119 goals among nine clubs playing at the last four seasons of reserve championships.

Gabala reserves became a real destroyer menace for Neftchi as it is evident with our six win over the opponents. So Neftchi have never been punished from such deficit by other teams. We have only three losses to the top domestic club.

Now ahead of the 14th encounter, the 18:15 goal difference is also in our favour. Gabala are stronger in outings as it is evident after big clash disappointing Neftchi. Defeating the opponents in Baku for three, Gabala played for two draws and one loss with the 8:5 goal difference.
