Sotomayor started at Rio with victory

Gabala boxer Lorenzo Sotomayor beat his first opponent Vladimir Matviychuk from Ukraine 3:0 (30:27, 30:27, 30:27) at the 31st Summer Olympic Games in Rio-de-Janeiro, Brazil. Challenging for the Azerbaijan national team, he joined the contest from the round of 32 lineup. Now Sotomayor, 64 kg, is going to come on his 2nd challenge on Monday for the round of 16 lineup where he will meet Hassan Amzil from France.
Another Gabala hero other than Sotomayor is boxer Kamran Shahsuvarly, 75 kg, taking his first match and waiting for his next tie in the round of 16.
And Ushangi Kokauri also is going to come on the canvas for Gabala today.
