We have to develop our own players and I see no other way, Grigorchuk

Gabala coach Roman Grigorchuk talks to media reporters right after the 2:1 loss to Qarabagh in the 3rd tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League. The Ukrainian boss says:

“The result can’t be affecting to our motivation. Following the match itself, there was lack of some skills in our side. These were well evident. And there were some decisions that were not right.

You gain skills gradually and can still learn much more things. But the better is a player to have individual skills. Sure we are going to develop more, yet. And I saw some skilled footballers in our team tonight. But it doesn’t concern to all individuals. We have to develop our own players and I see no other way.

Tonight, the referee job was perfect”.
