Gabala’s U19 coach Emin Imamaliyev talks to media reporters right after the 3:1 loss to Heretha in the first tie of the UEFA Youth League’s champions path, 2nd round. The 38-year-old boss says:

“We were playing against Germany champions after deeply analyzing their games. We knew they are an attacking team. Gabala played well in the half but conceded three goals after some mistakes in the second period. Anyway, our team have played in their best. Now we are going to analyze the opponents again to prepare better to the return game. 

Even world star players can fail on their penalty shot. We have to keep our mutual support to the footballers for their self-confidence.

It’s worth to remind again we have played against Germany champions and there are big differences between our championships and opponent experiences”.
