Gabala U13 left to Antalya early this morning to join the 4th Vodafone International Cup. It is going to be their 4th participation at the tournament being held under the FIFA flag. Gabala will be pushing for the cup amongst well known clubs from Europe - Bavaria, Milan, Chelsea, Villarreal, Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, Besiktas and others.

The all teams include 4 groups in the first stage. Gabala are starting in the H group to face Bursaspor, Kosova SDC – IFA and Kizilcahamamspor.

On the opening Sunday, our youth will meet  both Bursaspor and Kosova SDC – IFA before the next day they to face Kizilcahamamspor for their last leg in the group stage.

It is worth to remind the first-ever participation of Gabala U13 at the competition in 2010 when they came out to be the best hopeful team of the cup. They finished the 2011 tournament in the 7th place before progressing onto the 5th place the last year.
