Gabala judo team strike their next success ending with the Baku Youth Cup held in Saghan Olympic Complex. Our fighters earned 3 golds and 2 bronzes. Vasif Sharbatli (90 kg), Jalil Shukurov (100 kg) and Lala Gulbalayeva (63 kg) defeated all opponents to move up on the top level of the table. Also, 57 kg Nargiz Hajiyeva and Tahmina Pashazadeh gained the bronze.

Right after the tournament finished, our judocas left to Gabala to attend training camp on the aim of preparations to the Republic Youth Cup under the lead of their head coach Ramil Ismayilov. Gabala judo team will return back to Baku on 17 February, just a day before the tournament will get underway.
