Urfan Abbasov reached to his 90th appearance for Gabala in the last home match against Simurg within the 29th tour of the Topaz Premier League. The defender shares his impressions with gabalafc.az:

“The team are in a good form now and it is evident as we are going unbeaten. We well responded to tasks from head coach Roman Grigorchuk. Gabala will try and keep this up.

It really was of much importance to beat the victory in the last match against Simurg. We were going only 2 points behind the opponents and had to disrupt their rhythm, so we did it.

I am really happy to come on my 90th match for SC Gabala, and the club is home to me and I want to hit even 100th and 1000th game for this team.

It is also going to be difficult match against Neftchi in the next tour and we will come on only for victory”.

Just to remind, the 30th-tour match against Neftchi will kick-off on Friday, 17 April.
