Kickboxer Parviz Abdullayev of Gabala, Azerbaijan, took victory from K-1 Word champion with superfight in Minsk, Belarus. He talks the fight against Rashid Belani from Morocco at press conference held at Qafqaz Point Hotel in Baku. The event was joined also by Gabala”s sports coordinator Sabuhi Garayev talking different fields of sports acting in SC Gabala and Mehman Umudov highlighting Abdullayev”s victory.
Then the hero of Gabala, 72 kg Parviz, said:
“I was well prepared to the fight as always. To meet Belani, I started to trainings 2 months ago. So I felt no problems on both my tactical and technical forms. The opponent was well known to me after my study about him. I chose the right type of fighting and put the African fighter into knockout.
I will come on rating matches also in 2015 and the first fight of the year is coming with showdown against Goga Arutyunyan, under nickname of Dragu, from Armenia. He is one of well known K-1 masters. The fight is expected to be much pulsating and warm-up show. I will try and take victory to let my people be glad about the result”.
