AFFA coaching committee members are visiting Gabala in the Antalya training camp in Turkey to have a close look at the preparations of the team ahead of the second period of the league season.
Chairman of the committee Vagif Sadigov and members of the organization Aghasalim Mirjavadov, Shahin Diniyev and Shakir Garibov met with head coach Roman Grigorchuk, manager general Zaur Azizov and chair of the team Sabuhi Safiyarly. During the meeting, the sides discussed different points between Ukrainian and Azerbaijani footballs, their attendances in the European cup matches and different affects. Youth football also was of points of the talks highlighting lower age groups.
The committee members estimated highly the participation of Gabala youth academy in contests of Azerbaijan”s provisional teams. Grigorchuk said the academy”s aim is to produce professional players for the first team with its good performances.
“Making limits on legions, we don”t know how it could effect on the domestic football. And this should be discussed by local specialists” added the Ukrainian coach. “And some many youth players cannot afford to respond to tasks for the first team. We should arrange some steps to set settle this up by developing youth perfromances in leagues”.
