Gabala’s karate challengers highlighted the club in the second stage of the Karate 1 Premier League in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Rafael Aghayev, 75 kg, beat his all opponents to gain a tally to the final match. He defeated Bahman Asgari (Iran) with 3:0 in the semifinal. Now he is going to face Luici Busa (Italy) in the all-important challenge.

Another Gabala hero other than Aghayev is Rafiz Hasanov, 67 kg, ended his early two matches in a draw and loss before consolation game where he beat Raul Kuervan (Spain) with 2:0 and Younes Oualad (Belgium) with 3:0. Now he will meet Burak Uyghur from Turkey for the 3rd place.

It’s worth to notice the tournament organized in Al Vasl Arena was joined by 571 karate challengers from 85 states.
