Gabala’s karate fighter Rafael Aghayev, challenging for the Azerbaijan national team, won a silverware of the Karate1 Premier League in Berlin, Germany. The 5-time world champion, 75 kg, won over Rodrigo Ibanez (Spain), Alton Braun (Jamaica), Ken Nishimura (Japan) and Noa Bici (Germany) in the first day of the contest. Then he lost to Yusei Sakiyama (Japan) in the final.
