Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchuk keeps up updating the first team to the 8th transfer during the summer training camp in Erzurum, Turkey, with Aleksey Antonov after Andrey Popovic, Mahammad Mirzabayov, Arif Dashdamirov, Asif Mammadov, Samir Zargarov, Vitali Vernidub and Sergey Zenyov. The club signs a 2-year deal with the forward, 29, played for the Ukrainian national team.

Now he is training with the squad at the summer drills in Turkey after quitting FC Aktobe of Kazakhstan.

He played also for Kuban of Russia, as well as Dnepr (2002-2004), Kuban, Metallist (2007-2010), Zarya (2008-2009), Ilichevets (2010-2011), Dnepr (2011-2013), Krivbass (2012-2013) and Chernomorets (2013-2014).
