Gabala signs Lalavele Atakora from Togo, Africa. The 28-year-old midfielder will play for the red-black team within a 1+1 contract. Atacora has been playing as an oversees footballer since his 19. He joined Fredrikstad (Norway) in 2009 before making a deal with Swedish sides Varnamo in (2010), AIK (2011-14) and Helsingborg (2015-2016).
He came on nine UEFA EL matches for AIK. Signing for Balikesirspor (Turkey) over the 2013/14 season, the midfielder’s last club also is a Turkish side - Adana Damirspor where he scored three goals in his 33 appearances. Lalavele played also for the Togo national U17 in the Africa Cup and gained silverware, as well as was awarded as the best footballer of the tournament. He joined also the World Youth League in the same year for the Togo provisional.
Atakora was titled as the best young footballer of Togo in 2008 and his possession includes also debut for the national senior team in 2011 before scoring a single match in his all thirteen events.
Lalavele is the third transfer within the preseason preparation after Albanian midfielder Sabien Lilay and Nigerian forward James Adeniyi.
