Boxers of SC Gabala, Azerbaijan, have had trial matches against fighters from Iran just before the WBF and WBCA contest today. They faced with 4 challengers from each side. Gabala”s Farshid Rustami (67 kg) beat Mahammad Sani as Elvin Gambarov (75 kg) won over Aemi Bakhshizadeh.
Then Rahil Mahammadli (91 kg) met Riza Muradkhani. The match earned the Iranian side their only victory before the last event where our Asaf Aslanly (+91 kg) defeated Yusif Mahammadi.
