Gabala boxer Javid Chalabiyev, challenging also for the Azerbaijan national team, won his first leg match in the European Boxing Olympic Qualifying in London, UK. The 63-kg challenger beat Kiril Rusinov (Bulgaria) in the round of 16 with 4:1 (29:28, 29:28, 29:28, 30:27, 28:29). Now he is going to face George Bates from Ireland in the round of 8 on March 17.
