SC Gabala adds next transfer of the season Christian Kouakou from Ivory Coast . The forward, 28, has signed 1+1 year-deal with the club. He was born in the city of Abidjan in 1991 and started to his football career at the Toumodi club. Then he was transferred to the Anderlecht Football Academy in 2007 where he played for a youth team over three years. Then in 2010, he joined Muangthong United (Thailand) where he scored 22 in his all 53 appearances. He caught eyes from France before signing for Tours of the European country and scored 26 in his all 94 experiences over three seasons (2012-2015). Then Kouakou played also for two more French clubs Caen and Nimes Olympique in France. The forward’s last club before his transfer to Gabala was Czech’s FC Karvina.

On the transfer list of the season, Christian comes fifth after Merab Gigauri, Kamal Mirzayev, Sadig Guliyev and Fernan Ferreira Lopes.
