Going on with the Antalya training camp in Turkey, Gabala will undertake their first testing match of 2015 against PSV from Holland Saturday. It is going to be their first experience on the pitch with new head coach Roman Grigorchuk. The game will be registered to be the 68th international game ever in the history of SC Gabala. With 2 of them as official events, other 65 were testing experiences. And with exception of the 2 European League games, Gabala took 28 wins and 13 draws losing 24. Our first team scored 95 conceding 73 in their all international appearances. Two of the all 63 trial games were held in Gabala with the others in abroad where the red-black team are having 28 victories with 22 defeats, as well as 13 draws. Gabala”s better possession is well evident with 94 goals and 69 they conceded.
All these matches were held in 5 countries – Turkey (10), Slovenia (2), England, Austria and Holland (1 for each).
In their 43 international appearances in Antalya, Gabala ground out 18 victories with 12 draws and 13 losses. Things developed into better progress with aggregate goals of 68-51.
All 43 trial matches in Turkey also include 2 games against Neftchi of Azerbaijan. Although it is the first tie with PSV, Gabala faced other teams from Holland in training camp for 2014 beating Arnem with 4:0, also defeating to Alkmaar 0:2 and Herenven 0:1.
