Gabala are going to face Chukarichki from Serbia after knocking Georgian side Dynamo Tbilisi in the 1st Qualifying Round of the European League. The opponent squad moved to the 2nd round after beating Domjale 1:0 in outing before goalless draw at home.

The 1st game against the Serbian team will be held on 16 July before the return match on 23 July in Gabala. The opponent team from Chukaritsa was created in 1926 and earned their all achievements in the last 20 years. Taking their Europcup games debut in 1996, Chukarichki ended 6th for their best of the domestic Yugoslavian League in the 1999/2000 season before going down to the lower division in the 2002/2003.

Joining back in the domestic Premier League again since 2013/2014, they finished 5th to hit their first-ever experience in the European League that stopped in the 3rd round. Chukarichki struck their first Serbian Cup 2 months ago.
