FC Gabala signs two-year deal with first foreigner transfer Dejan Kelhar ahead of the start of 2012-2013 season. Playing for Samsunspor in the Turkish Super League the last season, the Slovenian footballer was checked by the Acibadem Hospital in Istanbul before the contract. The 28-year-old defender started to his professional football career in 2003 with FC Celje of Slovenia before joining Olimpia (Slovenia), Greuter Furth (Germany), Cercle Brugge (Belgium), Legia Warsaw (Poland) and Hapoel Haifa (Israel). Kelhar was in his national team uniform two times, the last one of which appeared against Greece on 26 February 2012.
