As the draw of Azerbaijan Cup 2013/2014 has been held by AFFA, Gabala are expected to face the winner of the match between Mil-Mughan and Lokomotiv on 4th December. Totally 20 clubs are joining the tournament including Gabala, Neftchi, Khazar Lankaran, Garabagh, Inter, Simurg, Baku, AZAL, Ravan, Sumgayit, Garabagh-Lokbatan, Araz- Nakhchivan, Neftchala, Aghsu, MOIK, Shusha, Lokomotiv, Kapaz, Shahdagh and Mil-Mughan. Some first division teams, Turan-T, Bakily, Goyazan, Energetik, Shamkir and Karvan, avoided from attending the cup.
