Gabala”s judoka Farida Hasankhanova hits bronze at the EJU European Cup Cadets in Kiev of Ukraine. Farida, 57 kg, has got a foothold among the champions after really a hard struggle. She is the only female judoka earning Azerbaijan a medal amongst 37 cadets at the same weight.

The all cup participants from Azerbaijan have gained 5 medals in total. The champions are 55-kg Ilkin Babazadeh with gold, 60-kg Rauf Khalilov with silver, as well as Natig Gurbanly (-50 kg) and Rufat Taghizadeh (-55 kg) dug into their bronzes. 

The cup tournament was joined by 569 judoka under 18 from 23 European countries.
