Gabala TV introduce the film about Azerbaijan’s first-ever world boxing champion Fariz Mammadov, challenging for SC Gabala. The film called Great Return directed by Nijat Jalilov and goes 30 minutes telling about Mammadov’s life and career. The project was produced with a close support by the Gabala Sport Club and International Eurasia Press Fund. The film starts showing Mammadov’s childhood passed in a trench during the war when he was in his 12. Then it goes about his way to the sport and return to the boxing again after tough years. The film depicts also his great victory over an Armenian opponent in 2012 and some other remarkable wins.
