SC Gabala signed its first legionary ahead of the next 2017/2018 season adding Francisco Javier Hernandez Gonzalez from Spain to the main team after domestic Ilgar Gurbanov, Agil Mammadov and Elvin Mammadov. The Spaniard signed a deal for the next two years that is one is conditional. He is going to join up with the team today in the training camp in Austria. The midfielder was born on June 6, 1989, Salamanka. Hernandez played for youth groups of Pizarrales (1999-2002), Salamanka (2002-2005) and Real Madrid (2005-2008) before being called to the Spanish National U19 team during the 2007-2008 season where he scored one goal in his five appearances.
He started to his professional football career playing in the Group B of Real up to 2011 when he was rented by Halmstad of Swede (2011). Then he joined his native Salamanka (2011-2013), Ourense (2013-2014) and Burgos (2014-2015) before signing for Poli Timisoara (Romania - 2015-2016) and Poland’s Kurnik Lencana (2016-2017).
