AFFA Referee and Referee Observer Committee have held a workshop for Gabala’s senior team’s coaching staff and footballers at the Qafqaz Baku City Hotel. The chairman of the committee Fritz Stuchlik, as well as the organization members Elchin Mammadov and FIFA referee Aliyar Aghayev joined attended the event. The workshop was presented by Stuchlik in two sessions first including new settings in the football rules, as well as about stoppage time, off-side, delaying game restart, uniform standards.
