Gabala have played in a goalless draw against Sabah in the 22nd tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League. The home match started by mutual attacks. Both sides set up some threats but they were unable to score in the half. Gabala keeper Dmytro Bezotosniy gave some saves to his teammates as Bahlul Mustafazadeh denied an opponent from coming one-on-one with our keeper. Steeven Monroze and Rauf Aliyev troubled the visitors at times.

The sides were unable to score also after the restart. After Sabien Lilaj and Lalavele Atakora came on the pitch, the course of the game changed to the favor of Gabala gaining the lead. In the closing minutes, James Adeniyi’s shot in the box passed wide over the woodwork.
