Gabala substitutes beat Zira 7:2 in the 25th tour of the Reserves League. Staying unbeaten in the last 8 games, Ramin Guliyev”s side are sitting on top of the league table. The opener was scored by Zira before Ehtiram Shahverdiyev and Vadim Abdullayev scored 2 goals for both to make it 4:1 just ahead of the half-time.
After the restart, Shahverdiyev, who is the best scorer of the championship, hit in his hat trick reaching to his 17th goal for Gabala. But the visitors could feed back only one with Ulvi Isgandarov.
The result left the red-black team moving their points up to 53 and staying 7 points ahead of the closest rivals.
