Keeping the progress of the Azerbaijan youth football in their conscious mind, FC Gabala are managing their next training camp trip abroad during 23-30 September, to be the first of this season. This time the destination of U-16 is Istanbul, chosen not on random as we have close ties with Galatasaray, as well as Besiktas and Fenerbahce that we keep some relationships. The trip is a follow-up plan after we established some deals with academies of those first-class clubs of Istanbul.

Within the camp period, Gabala U-16 will be tested in match-ups against the Turkish giants, firstly facing Besiktas at the Fulya facilities on 24 September. Two days later, they will field against Fenerbahce at the Dereagzi facilities just a day before visiting again Besiktas in a different location – the Nevzat Demir facilities. The last encounter is to be against Galatasaray at the facilities of Florya Metin Oktay on 28 September.

Our U-16 are allowed to watch two matches of the Turkish Super League – Galatasaray-Akhisar Belediyespor and Besiktas-Sivasspor.

Another plan is on providing our young players to watch U-14 and U-18 matches of the Turkish Coca-Cola Academy Leagues. Planning this, FC Gabala aim to provide the players visually see the professional level and perfect skills of their same aged colleagues overseas.
