SC Gabala and Jala Juices have signed contract for sponsorship at the Qafqaz City Hotel. At press conference, the club’s president Fariz Najafov and Jala’s marketing manager Amid Safarov made a 1.5-year deal that will write the name of Jala on the Gabala uniform. Najafov says about the deal:
“You know about the talks of the last months following the club’s financial situation. There are some many people that concerns about possible shutdown of the club. Actually there was somehow fact on the use as the founder Gilan Holdinq, which was also one of the general sponsor partners, had told us the budget would go down. So the troubles were coming from this fact. Then we thought about finding new sponsors and now our efforts are working out well. SC Gabala are still staying up and shutting down would be trauma to the football in Azerbaijan. And the talks with some other sponsors are going on.
Amid Safarov adds:
Jala is one of the outstanding brands and first production companies of Azerbaijan. It’s driving a free marketing policy in the country. Now it’s really gratifying that we are starting to support a football brand in Azerbaijan. Gabala a club having great facilities and producing young footballers. Now the two brands are going to collaboration. Jala will show up in pitches also beyond Azerbaijan together with Gabala”.
