Gabala lost the second trial match of the Bolu training camp, Turkey, to Vorskla (Ukraine) with 1:3. The game was held at the Koru Hotel pitch. Gabala Coach Sanan Gurbanov introduced the following line-up:

Anar Nazirov, Amin Seydiyev, Sadig Guliyev, Yusif Nabiyev, Gismat Aliyev, Kamal Mirzayev, Merab Gigauri, Fernan Lopez, Rovlan Muradov, Roman Huseynov, Ulvi Isgandarov.

Two goals were scored just before the break. Gabala’s Ulvi Isgandarov opened the scoring in the 41st minute, 3 minute before the Ukrainian side leveled. After the restart, Gurbanov introduced Murad Musayev, Rasim Ramaldanov, Tarlan Ahmadli, Idris Ingilably, Clesio Bauque and Christian Kouakou.

In early second period, the team from Poltava went one ahead 2 minutes before Gabala gained a penalty chance in the 59th minute. But Isgandarov failed on his effort. In the closing minutes, the Ukrainian side doubled their lead.

Just to remember, Gabala won the first testing game in Bolu against Mariupol (Ukraine) with 2:1.
