Gabala Football Academy"s coaches -- Tarlan Mammadov, Khagani Mammadov, Ulfat Madatov and Famil Khalilov -- have attended the 3rd Coaches Congress organized by FC Shakhtar of Ukraine during 28-29 March in Donetsk. They have had some workshops and practical trainings following the program of the even. 

Tarlan reveals more details about the congress talking to gabalafc.az:

“Each year, many specialists from well known clubs participate at this congress. Today, the event was remarkable with useful speeches and practical trainings undertaken by Chelsea Football Academy"s coach Eddie Newton, Real Madrid Football Academy"s coach Jimmy Torcal, as well as experts from the World Football Academy Raymond Verheijen and Niels de Vries. They were amongst members from FC Shakhtar. The speakers talked in-depth about academy visions of different clubs, their work principles, focuses, scouting systems, training forms, testing methods of estimating physical forms of players and better ways developing footballers. The speaches also focused on new technologies being used for progress football. No doubt that the congress will drive benefits for us to more develop as coaches increasing both our theoretical and practical knowledge”.
