Gabala drawn for Azerbaijan Cup games

Gabala have been drawn against Zagatala for the first leg of the season”s Azerbaijan Cup. The red-black side will join in the domestic campaign with back-to-back games fixed to December 2nd and 3rd in the round of 16 line-up. The pair are amongst the following 18 clubs:
Qarabagh, Zira, Gabala, Inter, Kapaz, Neftchi, AZAL, Sumgayit, Ravan, Qaradagh Lokbatan, MOIK, Shamkir, Zagatala, Turan Tovuz, Bakily, Shahdagh, Sharurspor and Sabail.
First Division teams – Energetik, Goyazan, Aghsu and Mil-Mughan – will not perform in the tournament.

2016/17 Season1/16 final (October 12)
1. Turan Tovuz - Bakily
2. Shamkir - Garadagh Lokbatan
1/8 final (December 2-3)
First day winner side - Zira
Neftchi - Sharurspor
Garabagh - Sabail
MOIK - Sumgayit
Inter – Second pair winner side
Shahdagh – Kapaz
Gabala - Zagatala
