As the group stage of the Caspian Cup in Kaspiysk, Russia, Gabala U14 lost to domestic Ramzan by 0:5 and Krasnodar by 1:2. In the second match, Mehraj Bakhshaliyev opened the scoring in the 13th minute just one minute before Krasnodar’s leveler. The all-important goal was scored by the Russian side in the 60+5th minute.

The red-black team ended the group stage fourth and now are going to play for the 5th place after the semifinal to be held on Saturday.
