Gabala faced Kuban Krasnodar in their 5th testing match of Antalya training camp in Turkey. The red-black side defeated to Russia”s premier league team in 0:2.

The pace of the match started by mutual attacks. In 3 minutes into the game, the Russian side went one ahead with Tkachov”s goal that prompted Gabala to push on. Although some threats by the red-black squad, Kuban doubled their lead in the 14th minute with Balde”s goal.

Then the further course of the game was balanced until to the 37th minute when one Russian opponent was forced off with a red card to be replaced by his teammate on mutual agreement.

Head coach Roman Grigorchuk also was forced to replace his two injured players Urfan Abbasov and Bakhtiyar Soltanov. But the changes could not help Gabala, although they looked close to reducing the goal difference on some occasions, and the opponent keeper gave some saves to his team. And the matters were settled in 0:2 as Gabala left the game with loss in their 5th trial experience of the pre-tournament training camp.
