Adrian Robotan joined Gabala during the interseasonal period and now talks to gabalafc.az about the up-to-date form of the team, as well as trainings and his time in the city of Gabala. The Rumanian midfielder says:
- We failed with the first-leg match against Inter and we ended by not a good result. But then in the second match, Gabala could beat Araz Nakhchivan at home. We set up some many threats during the game but could convert only one to scoring goal. The all-important is to gain 3 points to forget the last defeat and be focused on better results for the upcoming events. Now there is a high confidence amongst the team.
- How well are you going to face Baku in the next 3rd tour?
- We are preparing to meet Baku with strong efforts to gain the first away win. The trainings and preparations are working out and we are convinced to prove this by good results for the coming tours. Taking into account the new players, the squad still need more time together to be a complete team.
- How do you think, can the new players be fixed to the team?
- I can tell by sure that all them are fixed to the team. You can watch our trainings to see this in practice. The head coach could build up a disciplined, strong and kind squad and we feel like a family altogether.
- How did you like Gabala city?
- The nature is really fine here and the people are cheerful. We loved the silent environment in Gabala and it really provides you a perfect condition to work out and to be focused on both trainings and games.
The much important for us is to have a good environment and facilities that are really fine in SC Gabala. I feel here really much better.
