Gabala’s six footballers have been called to the Azerbaijan national team as head coach Robert Prosinecki revealed the list of 23 players ahead of friendly against Qatar to be held on March 9.

Gabala members:
Mahammad Mirzabayov, Urfan Abbasov, Tellur Mutallimov, midfielders Araz Abdullayev, Javid Huseynov and forward Ruslan Gurbanov.

After getting underway with the training camp on March 6, the game will be held in Doha. It is worth to notice Tellur is going to have his debut for the provisional squad as Javid appeared 46 times being followed by Araz (with 20), Ruslan (15), Mahammad (13), Urfan (1). Huseynov scored two while Ruslan shot one goal.
