Being just a few days away from the start to the next 2012/13 season, Gabala are going forward reinforcing the main team signing a three-year deal with next transfer Lourival Rodrigues Assis, a Brazilian midfielder from FC Chernomorets of Bulgaria.

He started to his professional football career playing for FC Irati before joining to Gremio Barueri, Sertaozinho, Sao Ceatano, CRB, Avai, Amerika and Botafogo. Just prior to playing for Bulgaria, Assis was kicking the ball for Kalmar FF of Sweden in 2009. And the last season, he scored 10 goals in 25 matches for the team of Burgas, Bulgaria.
