Gabala U12 have come on four matches in the Izmir Cup in Turkey. Elnur Imanguliyev’s squad played against Brugge (Belgium) in a goalless draw. The match started after one-minute’s silence on regard to the April fights victims of Azerbaijan. Then the red-black team faced Benfica (Portugal) by 0:2 and Valencia (Spain) by 0:2. Gabala followed up 2:1 victory on Grashoppers (Switzerland). Our team’s goals were scored by Ziya Shakarkhanov and Hikmat Jabrayilzadeh. Now Gabala are going to come on against Ankaraguju (Turkey), Kardiff (Wales), Goztepe (Turkey) and Tvente (Netherlands).

Just to note, the contest was joined by 72 teams in 8 groups. Top four sides of every groups will play in the final on Sunday.
