9th Season start

Gabala are going to come on their first leg match of the 2014/2015 Premier League season this week. It is the 9th season of the club in the championship after their first-ever start in 2006/07. The red-black side hit their best result taking bronze medals last season after their 8 season experiences where they could finish the contest only in the top six. 

We could drive 18 wins, 48 goals with the best point difference by 61 during the 2013/2014 season. Our least defeats appeared for the 2010/2011 season with 7 losses and the least allowed goals of 18 with 13 goal differences.

Our youngest league player is Elnur Mustafayev having his debut in his 16the year, 7th month and 25th day as Nadir Shukurov is the oldest footballer with his debut in his 40the year, 2nd month and 24th day.

The youngest player being able to score is Amil Yunanov shooting into the net first in his 19th year, 4th month and 5th day as Deon Burton is the oldest with his firstt goal in his 35th year, 4th month and 30th day.

It is going to be Munteanu"s league debut as the 7the coach introducing Gabala to the Premier League. The Romanian is also the 5th legionary head coach after 4 foreign -- English Tony Adams, Spaniard Luis Aragon, Turkish Fatih Kavlak and Russian Yuri Semin --  and two domestic skippers.
