Gabala Football Academy”s youth teams have earned 6 victories from all their 7 experiences this week of the AFFA youth leagues.
U17 hit their 5th high-scoring victory on the trot after beating Neftchi 4:1. Now they are sitting on top with 15 points.
U16 also struck their 5th win in a row beating Baku by 3 goals with no response. They are keeping the lead with 15 points.
U15 are sitting 2nd with 24 points after 8 tours. And their home match against Khazar Lankaran has been postponed to the next tour as they are attending an international championship in Antalya, Turkey.
U14 bitterly disappointed Khazri with a clean sheet victory scoring 10 at the Baku zone of the capital city region championship. They moved up to the top place through 10 points.
U13, performing in the same zone, beat Sarhadchi 10:0 after defeating AZAL with the same score. Now their possession includes 10 points from 4 games to make them sitting 2nd.
U12, U11 and U10 also kept going well in the contest over the Gabala zone of the North-West and Garabagh region, for the 4th tour.
U12 gave up their first point in a 2:2 draw with Dashgin. But they are still holding on at the top with 10 points.
U11 gained their 3rd victory beating Kurmuk 15:0 to hold the 2nd place with 9 points.
U10 won 2:1 over Dashgin and are keeping the top place with 12 points.
U19 girls, with their debut season, lost 0:2 to Tahsil FM in the 3rd match. Now they are sitting 4th with 3 points.
