Gabala have ended the last match of 2015 in 1:1 against Qarabagh at the 18th tour of the Topaz Premier League.

The away game started by no checkout efforts launching quick attacks right away. Both sides could set up occasions in early minutes. It was Gabala being able to open the scoring when Ricardinho sent the ball from the left to Ermin Zec in the box kicking for a clinical finish- 1:0.

After the goal, Qarabagh stepped up their inroads into the Gabala defense, but the red-black side”s back line held on. The hosts regained the momentum seeming evident in the 29th minute when Samuel Armenteros”s leveler was canceled by Ruslan Abishov. Later on, Andrey Popovich gave a great save to his teammates denying Miguel Marcos Madera.
Zec went too close to scoring the second before his effort was converted out by Madera.

The course of the game kept the same way after the restart and Qarabagh, the champions of the last 2 season of the domestic topflight, pushed hard to soring. They could give troubles to Gabala with Dani Quintana before Armenteros.

While the home side were keeping the sustained period of attacks, the red-black team at times could hold them back that led to penalty when Richard Almeyda fouled on Oleksiy Gai. But Dodo”s poor shot was deflected by Ibrahim Sehic.

Qarabagh could level only in the 80th minute as Dani telegraphed to Afran Ismayilov kicking in 1:1.

It could be of interest to remind the season opener of the pair by 2:2 as they are ending the year with a draw.
