Grigorchuk- all-important is 3 points

Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchuk talks right after the 2:0 victory over AZAL in away of the Azerbaijan Premier League 2nd tour. The Ukrainian skipper says:

“We came on the pitch with some changes in the staff on compulsion. The team lost some players that were really a great part of the squad. Moreover, there should be at least 5 local players in the staff for the domestic league although we can introduce overseas players as much as we need.

All these affected much to forming the starting lineup. We need time the players to develop as a starting lineup. The match showed that the team still should work harder. You can”t feel changes in a long-period static squads, but in a young team, you feel this much. But anyway, it is good that we could earn the all-important 3 points.

Panathinaikos should have not lost to Real-Sosyedad and I think it was just an unsuccessful occasion. Our opponents are really a strong side as there are some fast players. If Gabala are stand to beat Panathinaikos, we have to show much better performance that we have never did”.
