Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchuk talks to press right after the 2:0 home victory over Sumgayit in the postponed match of the domestic league”s third tour. The Ukrainian boss says:

“We played not right in the first half. The opponents backed on their defensive line and we had to drive benefits from this with more pressure, attacking display.

But my team were unable to play in their best on the forward line although they took the control on the ball.

We looked with lack of punch in the half and after discussing the case in the half-time, we played better for the second period. And a good teamwork worked out a great result.

We are playing under a heavy table now. But I don”t grumble about this as every UEFA EL team in the group stage have to play so frequently. We will do our best to make better results in both campaigns.

I am satisfied also by Murad Musayev”s debut in the first team.
