Grigorchuk- They are getting closer to my vision

Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchk talks to media reporters right after the 3:0 win over Zira in the 33rd tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League campaign. The Ukrainian skipper says:
“Today, we have done really a good mission and taken the win by 3 goals. But there were some 10 games during the season with our better shows but with no victories.
This time we could convert occasions to scoring. I had a calm talk with my players after the cup match against Neftchi where we put a good performance but were out. Some referees also were parts of those losses. So this is why we failed to hit the final match tally. There were 10 occasions in both cup games that means we have to boost performance.
I praised my footballers and let them know that they are getting closer to my vision. But we still need to work out on occasions for good finishes”.
